  • Q: Where are your clinic locations?
  • A: We currently serve seven Bay Area locations: Antioch, Fairfield, Fremont, Hayward, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, Sunnyvale, and more.
  • Q: Are all ocations open every day?
  • A: Clinic hours and days vary by location. Please refer to our Calendar Page to see when your preferred location is open.
  • Q: What are your general clinic hours?
  • A: Hours may differ by clinic,but most locations are open during daytime hours between 8:30am – 6pm and close from 12pm to 1pm for lunch. We recommend checking our Calendar or calling ahead.
  • Q: Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
  • A: Yes, you can absolutely walk in, we welcome walk-ins at all of our locations, so we’ve made it a priority to be available when you need us.

Weight Loss Program

  • Q: What is your weight loss approach?
  • A: Our medically supervised program combines, calorie-deficit nutrition, regular exercise, appetite suppressant medications, and personalized support to help clients lose weight safely and keep it off.
  • Q: What types of weight loss medications do you offer?
  • A: We offer FDA approved appetite suppressants (Phentermine) and vitamin B12 injections alongside the latest GLP-1 medications, such as Semaglutide, and Tirzepatide. All medications are prescribed after a thorough medical evaluation.
  • Q: What are GLP-1 medications, and how do they work?
  • A: GLP-1s ( Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists) help regulate blood sugar and appetite. They can reduce hunger, improve satiety, and assist with sustainable weight loss when paired with lifestyle changes.
  • Q: Why do you avoid HCG-based protocols?
  • A: HCG has been extensively studied and shown to be no more effective than placebo. Additionally, ultra low calorie diets paired with HCG pose health risks and often lead to weight regain.
  • Q: How often do patients visit the clinic?
  • A: After your initial medical exam, follow-up visits occur either every two or four weeks, including weigh-ins, blood pressure checks, and medication adjustments.
  • Q: What sets your program apart?

  • Q: What injectables do you offer?
  • A: We provide Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Juvederm, and Restylane for facial rejuvenation, wrinkle correction, volume restoration, and lip augmentation.
  • Q: Are dermal fillers safe?
  • A: All products are FDA-approved. Common side effects include redness, bruising, or swelling that typically resolve within days to weeks. In rare cases, complications like infection or vascular occlusion mya occur.
  • Q: Who is not a candidate for fillers?
  • A: You may not ve eligible if you have severe allergies or bleeding disorders, are pregnant , breastfeeding, or have certain skin conditions. A medical consultation helps determine suitability.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

Insurance & Billing

  • Q: Do you accept insurance?
  • A: Our program is medically supervised, but most services are self-pay. Please check with your provider for possible coverage options.
  • Q: Are there long -term contracts?
  • A: No-there are no long term contracts. You choose the plan and visist frequency that fits your goals and budget.
